Driving licence application form to go online

​The Minister for Infrastructure, Deputy Eddie Noel, has asked for the law to be amended to enable the introduction of an online application process for the renewal and replacement of a Jersey driving licence in the future.

The development of this online application process will enable a convenient alternative application process for the public. The traditional ‘paper’ process will be retained for those who do not wish to go online.

This law change is in support of the Parishes, who administer the service.

This online service will be available shortly after the changes to the law have been made.
