Please confirm how often this map is reviewed, and which department is responsible for the accuracy of the data?

The Government of Jersey did not use a specific data set of pesticides to produce the map.

Therefore, this information is not held and Article 10 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law applies.

B

The Department for Infrastructure and Environment are responsible for the map published on the Government of Jersey web page.  The map has not been reviewed since it was created.

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), if –

(a) a person makes a request for information to a scheduled public authority; and

(b) the authority does not hold the information, it must inform the applicant accordingly.​
