About the programme
A new Change for Children programme is being developed by the Children, Young People, Education and Skills (CYPES) Department.
CYPES is engaged in a programme of work that aims to transform how it delivers services to children and young people.
The Change for Children Programme will ensure that services delivered by CYPES:
- will be co-designed with the child at the heart and delivered collaboratively
- will support early intervention and prevention – the right people, doing the right things, at the right time
- will be designed against an understanding of short and long term purpose, need, demand, priorities and the current capability of the organisation to deliver
