About the consultation
The New Healthcare Facilities Programme team would like to know your views on the designs for the new Acute Hospital at Overdale.
The new hospital will provide for the Island’s sickest patients and for those who need an overnight stay.
It will provide a range of emergency and elective care services for Islanders, including:
- an emergency department
- critical care
- a women and children’s centre
- elective and emergency operating theatres
- all inpatient wards where an overnight stay is required
All remaining health services will be delivered from other key locations as part of the multi-site strategy adopted by the Programme.
The consultation presents the current proposals and concept plans for the design of the hospital.
Your views are important to the Programme team, and the public consultation is an essential part of the Planning Application.
The virtual exhibition space shows all the information for the consultation on the Acute Hospital at Overdale.
