About the consultation
This call for evidence is inviting comments on Jersey's lettings market.
Stakeholders are invited to provide their comments on the standards of practice of letting and property management agents, including:
- the key features of the lettings market
- concerns about the standards of practice of letting and management agents
- ways to increase protection for landlords and tenants
- professional standards of practice in the lettings market
We also want to receive information from stakeholders on the types and level of fees that landlords and tenants can be charged for using letting agents' services.
The information provided in response to this call for evidence will help to inform a review of the lettings market being conducted by the Housing Minister.
