About the consultation
We would like to hear your views on The South Hill Development and Design Brief which sets out the Minister for the Environment’s proposals that will guide the development of the land owned by the Government of Jersey at South Hill, St Helier.
The brief sets out the guidelines that developers will need to follow when preparing future, detailed proposals for the redevelopment of the site.
Before adopting the new guidance, the Minister for the Environment would like to hear Islanders' views about the content of the draft development brief including:
- what should the site be used for
- what form of development do people want to see there
- what improvements to the local area might this new development support
Draft South Hill, St Helier, Supplementary Planning Guidance Development Brief
