About the consultation

The Minister for the Environment has received an application for a waste management licence (reference WML040). This is a consultation made under the Waste Management (Jersey) Law, 2005. If granted, the waste management licence will authorise the treatment of controlled waste by means of mobile plant for the remediation of contaminated land.  The first site at which this is intended to be deployed is at the Former BOA warehouse site in St Helier, Jersey.
