About the consultation
Jersey has committed to support the actions being undertaken under the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) project.
The aim of this project is to reach a globally fair and modern international tax system, including introducing country-by-country reporting to improve transparency between multinational businesses and tax authorities, and to help identify aggressive tax avoidance.
We want your comments on the UK’s draft regulations on country-by-country reporting under the BEPS project, as Jersey’s regulations may closely follow the UK (and OECD model) legislation.
