Under this legislation, all partnerships in Jersey will be required to make a declaration as to whether they are within scope of economic substance, and if so, assess whether they meet the economic substance test.The introduction of the economic substance reporting requirements is also an opportunity to review the Jersey income tax reporting requirements for partnerships.
