About the consultation
Transport and Technical Services (TTS) is proposing a trial 20mph speed limit in St Mary’s Village and would like your comments.
The 20mph was requested by parishioners and a trial was agreed to by the Minister for TTS at a recent public meeting.
This 20mph trial would be part of a wider village scheme to improve access to local shops and community buildings by providing such things as roadside pavements, crossings, cycle facilities and road safety improvements. Consultation on these wider issues will take place in September.
