Water Resources Abstraction Licence Applications - T R Perchard Ltd

About the consultation

The Regulator has received two water resources abstraction licence applications from T R Perchard Ltd. If granted, the licences will authorise the following:

Ref: L072
Water abstraction from an impoundment on a stream in Field S429, La Rue de la Commune, St Saviour. The licensed quantity is not to exceed 230 cubic metres (approximately 50,600 gallons) in any 24 hour period.

Ref: L073
Water abstraction from an excavated reservoir at Manor Farm, La Rue des Mares, St Martin, JE3 6BU. The licensed quantity is not to exceed 460 cubic metres (approximately 101,200 gallons) in any 24 hour period.

Any person who wishes to comment on the applications should do so in writing to the Regulator at the address or email below, before the deadline of 10 May 2017. Copies of representations received will be passed to the applicant and will be published online. The applicant will have the right of reply to any representations.
 
The Regulator will provide the applicant with copies of all comments. The applicant may respond to these comments by writing to the Regulator within 14 days of receipt of the copies. Any representations will also be published online.
 
No decisions will be made by the Regulator until the time limits for making comments have elapsed.
