Behavioural Safety Leadership: November dates available

17 October 2023

The Jersey Safety Council has announced new dates for the next round of Behavioural Safety Leadership training starting on 7 November 2023.

To date 2,361 people employed by 110 companies in Jersey have been trained.

How leaders behave in the workplace has a big impact on the safety performance of the company. Providing a workplace culture that supports safe behaviours and challenges unsafe acts will lead to a reduction the number of:

  • near misses
  • minor injuries
  • lost workdays
  • serious incidents

The Health and Safety Inspectorate supports the objectives of the programme which comprises a series of workshops specifically tailored for the various leadership levels and workers, starting with the top management and then cascaded through the organisation.

For further information and to register your interest in the programme go to Jersey Safety Council (JSC).
