Do you have your copy of the guidance yet?
The Management in Construction (Jersey) Regulations 2016 set out a number of detailed requirements for ensuring health and safety throughout the whole construction process, from initial design through the construction phase to eventual demolition of the building or structure.
Copies of the guidance are available to collect from the Social Security Department, or on request from the Health and Safety Inspectorate.
