One immediate Prohibition Notice was served:
- relating to unsafe work at height on a construction site

Improvement Notices
Six Improvement Notices were also served:
- three relating to a failure to provide appropriate training to employees involved in the removal of non-licensed asbestos-containing materials.

- one relating to a failure to provide suitable and sufficient training to employees whose work could foreseeably expose them to asbestos (asbestos awareness training)
- one relating to a failure to assess the risks presented by underground services and provide a safe system of work when operating an excavator
- one relating to a failure to provide adequate welfare facilities on a construction site
