New construction regulations coming into force

16 February 2016

The States Assembly agreed to adopt a new set of Regulations for the construction industry on 2 February 2016. 

These will come into force on 1 October 2016, and replace the existing out-dated 'Construction (Safety Provisions)(Jersey) Regulations 1970'. 

The new Regulations, 'Management in Construction (Jersey) Regulations 2016', are available to view on the Jersey Law website.
