Improvement Notices
9 Improvement Notices were served:
- 1 for failing to have suitable and sufficient arrangements to assure the competence of personnel whose actions may impact on major accident risks
- 1 for failing to design and implement a suitable and sufficient gas escape management programme
- 1 for failing to have a suitable and sufficient risk management programme for the prioritisation of repairs and maintenance of at-risk assets
- 1 for failing to put in place suitable and sufficient construction and repair procedures
- 1 for failing to have in place a suitable and sufficient training and competence management process for employees
- 1 for failing to suitably identify, record and manage at-risk assets in multi-occupancy buildings
- 1 for failing to have appropriate management systems for proactive condition assessment and the identification and prioritisation for repairs of at-risk assets
- 1 for failing to suitably and proactively maintain bulk storage vessels and associated pipework
- 1 for failing to prevent or adequately control exposure to flour dust
