Be prepared for the new construction regulations

​​​The 'Management in Construction (Jersey) Regulations 2016' come into force on the 1 October 2016.

There are just over four week to go.

These regulations will replace the existing 'Construction (Safety Provisions) (Jersey) Regulations 1970' and the 'Approved Code of Practice Managing Health and Safety in Construction' (ACoP 11).

The new r​egulations are available on the Jersey Law website.
