Prohibition Notices

Three immediate Prohibition Notices were served:

• Two relating to risk of falls during work at height in construction work

• One relating to the risk of collapse of an unsupported excavation

Three Improvement Notices were also served:

• One relating to a failure to adequately control exposure to wood dust in a joinery factory

• Two relating to a failure to provide adequate welfare facilities on a construction site
