How many disclosures the States of Jersey Police have made since the introduction of 'Sarah's Law'.

How many disclosures the States of Jersey Police have made since the introduction of 'Clare's Law'. And in this case how many of the disclosures were as a result of a public inquiry, and how many were as a result of the Police feeling it necessary to reveal the information themselves.

There have been 11 disclosures made by the States of Jersey Police in relation to Sarah’s Law.

B

There have been 14 disclosures made by the States of Jersey Police in relation to Clare’s Law. Only one was as a result of an enquiry from a member of the public, the remainder were made pro-actively by the States of Jersey Police.
