I would like to find out how many Looked After Children in Jersey actually live in the UK, who are still entitled to State benefits.
Response
There are 17 Looked After Children living in the UK. Children are not entitled to receive States of Jersey benefits although one of our foster carers claims Disability Living Allowance (DLA) for one of our children.
