In January 2017 the average waiting time for children for a first appointment to see a paediatric consultant was 57 days.
In January 2016 the average waiting time for children for a first appointment to see a paediatric consultant was 65 days.

We have three Jersey resident, substantively employed, paediatric consultants, there are currently no vacancies. We also have seven visiting consultants who hold intermittent clinics in Jersey for specialised conditions.

This information is not held. We are unable to answer this part of the request as the private practice of the Consultant is not managed by the Health and Social Services Department (HSSD) but by the individual Consultant as a private business off HSSD premises. HSSD do not hold or have access to any data pertaining to their private practice.
