Annual electricity expenditure for the States as follows:

• 2014: £7,849,584.67

• 2015: £6,774,556.30

• 2016: £5,369,469.81

Jersey Electricity’s financial year end is 30 September. Dividends declared for the financial year and corresponding amounts paid (and to be paid) to the States:

• year ended 30 September 14 – £2,318,000

• year ended 30 September 15 – £2,441,500

• year ended 30 September 16 – £2,565,000

The States of Jersey pays for electricity at the standard JEC tariff rates.
