Can the fire service give details of the maximum reach in terms of storeys of their firefighting equipment (ladders / water cannon)?
On the basis that the height of a storey could differ from building to building, providing information along these lines would be misleading. However, in terms of measured height, depending upon conditions and the particular requirements at the time, the aerial ladder platform can reach to a height of between 28 metres and 32 metres.
Again, depending upon conditions, the water cannon can throw 20 metres.
