Ministerial credit card spend (FOI)

Please provide copies of the personal States of Jersey credit card statements held and used by Senator Philip Ozouf for the period 1st May 2016 to 1st May 2017 clearly showing all relevant expenditure for the requested period.

Response

We are not able to produce credit card statements as requested as these carry confidential bank account details. However, the ledger which we reproduce in relation to those card statements is a direct record of all transactions made.

In order to respond as clearly as possible we have split your request into two date ranges.

1 January 2017 to 1 May 2017

Transactions on purchase cards held in the name of Senator Philip Ozouf ceased on 24 January 2017. The ledger information held in relation to expenses incurred between 1 and 23 January remains under review and has not been fully reconciled. As a result it will not be disclosed at this stage. We will aim to publish this information by 31 July 2017.
