A.
A Ministerial Decision dated 3 June 2014 approved the development of a concept scheme to produce and submit a planning application for the site. Any decision to progress with development of the scheme, should it have obtained planning approval, would have required further ministerial approval.
B.
JPH has not entered into a development agreement for Port Galots.
