Of the 26 civil servants in receipt of payoffs following compromise agreements in the period 2009-2014 how many were later reemployed by the States, in any role?

B.

Of those reemployed how many were reemployed in the same department as they had left? And how many were working in the same team or a broadly similar role?

C.

Please give details of the new roles they took on for example differentiating between fulltime, part time, consultancy and so on, providing as much information as possible without breaching data protection.

D.

Which departments were these compromise agreements from in the first place?

None of the 26 civil servants who were in receipt of a payoff following a compromise agreement between the period 2009-2014 have been reemployed by the States of Jersey.
