The daily rate paid to Sir David Henshaw and Elisabeth Astall, who are on a special panel set up by the Chief Minister and tasked with reviewing proposals to reform the public sector and find efficiencies.
B.
What are the terms of their engagement, to include the number of days to be worked and arrangement with expenses, plus the dates of their contract from and until.
C.
What are they paid in expenses? Or if there is not a single set amount, what have they been paid in expenses to date?

A.
Remuneration for both Advisers is payable at a daily rate of £1,000 for eight days service per annum.
B.
Both Adviser contracts commenced on 1 November 2013, to provide independent advice to the Political Oversight Group for the Public Sector Reform Programme. They provide eight days support per annum with the States of Jersey paying relevant expenses. Any requirement in addition to this is subject to mutual agreement.
C.
The Advisers are entitled to be reimbursed for reasonably incurred expenses that have to be submitted with supporting evidence and approved. In 2014, Sir David Henshaw received £1,006.83 and Elisabeth Astall received £614.55.
D.
The Chief Minister’s Department is responsible for paying for these two Advisers.
