I formally make a freedom of information request for answer to the following questions on Health and Social Setrvices (HSSD) funding of Jersey Women’s Refuge Charity.
A
Has any threat been made during 2016 and 2017 to the Committee of the Jersey Women Refuge (JWR) to remove their funding by Deputy Andrew Green as Minister of HSSD or your department who grant public funding to this Charity?
B
Has the Minister or anyone in his department requested the former Manager [name redacted] be removed from their post as Manager and failure to do so would result in the Public funding being reviewed by the Minister and your department?
C
Was the Minister or anyone from HSSD department aware of any request to HSSD from Police, Probation, other charities, States departments or member of the Public to have the funding reviewed for the JWR in 2016 and 2017?

There has been no threat made by either Deputy Andrew Green as Minister of the Health and Social Services Department (HSSD), or by the HSSD, during 2016 and 2017 to the Committee of the Jersey Women’s Refuge (JWR) to remove their funding.
B
There has not been a request by the Minister or anyone in the HSSD to have the former Manager removed from their post.
C
Neither the Minister nor the HSSD is aware of any request to the HSSD from the Police, the Probation Service, other charities, States Departments or any member of the Public to have the funding reviewed for the JWR in 2016 and 2017.
