Can I be told how much the States paid out in total to ex Woolworth employees (rightly I hasten to add)? How much has been recovered from the Receivers?
Response
A total of £128,358.35 was paid by the States of Jersey to the former Woolworths employees.
The States of Jersey recovered £74,529.25 via the Woolworths insolvency proceedings in respect of the amounts paid to the former Woolworths employees.
