1. When is your current Intraocular lens (IOL) contract for Ophthalmology up for renewal?
2. Who is your current Intraocular lens provider / providers?
3. How long will your future Intraocular tender contract run for?
4. Do you use Toric Lenses for NHS patients or for private?
5. Who is your current Toric Lens supplier?
6. Do you have a Toric pathway?
7. Do you currently have a managed service in place for Ophthalmology? (In other words, does your provider of Ophthalmic equipment or IOLs provide a demand and inventory support as a service which is VAT under a managed service agreement?)

Intraocular Lenses
1. We have no direct formal contract in place with the supplier
2. Our current Intraocular lens provider is Hoya
3. We do not have a tender on our immediate work plan
4. Jersey Hospital is not part of the NHS. We do not use Toric Lenses. Private patients deal directly with their respective consultants and do not involve the Hospital
5. Jersey Hospital do not use Toric Lenses
6. We do not have a Toric pathway
7. We do not currently have a managed service agreement for Ophthalmology
