Request
I have approached Archives for two files but they are restricted, hence the Freedom of Information request.
File Codes
D/G/A1/16/10/2 and D/G/A1/16/10/3.
Response
The archive records referenced are each comprised of two files. We have reviewed the files to establish whether it is possible to open them.
After review we have authorised the opening of one file of each of D/G/A1/16/10/2 and D/G/A1/16/10/3. The remaining files contain information that is exempt from release under Article 41 (International Relations) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.
The files that are not exempt are now open and available to the public. They can be viewed on request at the Jersey Archive.
