Sex Offenders Register (FOI)
B and C
Some registered sex offenders (RSO’s), who were originally required to register in Jersey, are now living off island. If an individual RSO moves into another police area, their details are passed on to that police force. The duty to monitor that individual then passes to that police force. All those still required to register in Jersey are monitored by the States of Jersey Police. None are ‘missing’.
D
18 RSO’s have left the island and are being monitored by local forces.
E
Not applicable
F
The current addresses of all those required to be monitored by the States of Jersey Police are known. This is also the case for 2016 and 2017.
