Please state how many high value residents qualified either under regulation 2(1)(e) of the existing law or regulation 1(1)(k) of the previous law, own either in the own name (whether jointly with their spouse or not), or as beneficial owners of a private company, more than one residential property in Jersey.
The purpose of the request is to how many high value residents in Jersey own more than one residential property.
