Request
Please can I have supplementary data on the recent and past Jersey School Survey in regards to responses around alcohol, smoking and drug use to include:
A
The questions used to capture this data over the past four surveys (a copy of the questionnaire section on alcohol, smoking and drug use for each survey year and for each age group / school year if varied due to age).
B
For data that is still held please can the raw data set in relation to alcohol, smoking and drug use over the past four surveys be isolated and prepared into an Excel spreadsheet.
This spreadsheet should show responses to alcohol, cigarette and drug related questions over the past four surveys along with age / year group of each responder (however this is held) to allow for inferential statistical analysis. Ideally each row should reflect one individual's responses for alcohol, cigarette and drug responses as well as their age / year group. This can be prepared either as a single file or as separate databases for each year - whichever is easiest for staff dedicated to this Freedom of Information request. If all data is compiled into a single workbook please make clear which entry relates to which year's survey, or use one workbook within the Excel file per survey year.

It is not possible to provide the raw data of individual responses as the information could identify individuals. Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has therefore been applied.
