I understand that rainfall is prevented from accumulating in the underpass at least partly by the use of an electronic pump system. I would like to know for the past three years, by year:
A
The cost of running the pumping system (apart from maintenance) per year.
B
The cost of maintenance of the pumping system per year.

The electricity bill for the pumping station also includes the street lighting in the area, therefore, it does not accurately reflect the actual pumping station costs. However, an estimate has been calculated based on the number of hours the pumps run in each year.
