Correspondence between the CEO, the States Greffe and the Judicial Greffe (FOI)

I would like to request copies of correspondence dating from 1 January 2018 to the present day between Mr Charlie Parker, the Chief Executive of the States of Jersey, and: - The Bailiff and Deputy Bailiff - The Attorney General - The States Greffe - The Judicial Greffe (The heads and deputies in each of the latter two, please)

Specifically, I am seeking emails relating to mentions of pay (on an individual level and in the context of the States pay offer) and pensions. Words may include ‘pay’, ‘salary’, ‘pension’, ‘pensions’, ‘pay offer’, ‘pay deal’, ‘pay dispute’, ‘wage’, ‘wages’, ‘negotiation’, ‘union’, ‘unions’, ‘pay rise’, ‘money’.

Please note that the Bailiff, Deputy Bailiff and the Attorney General are not covered under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 (the FOI Law).

A search of emails of Charlie Parker, Mark Egan, Lisa Hart, Adam Clarke and James Lambert using the specified key words has been undertaken and relevant emails are enclosed. These have been redacted in accordance with the following article of the FOI Law.

Article 25 Personal information

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.

(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if –

(a) it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject as defined in the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018; and

(b) its supply to a member of the public would contravene any of the data protection principles, as defined in that Law.
