How much was collected in car parking fines from Sand Street Jersey car park in the calendar year before the introduction of the new car parking payment system there?

What is the annual printing cost per year (since 2010) of the parking payment scratch cards in Jersey?

When was the printing contract with the printer last retendered and please could you send me a copy of the tender document issued to all the companies approached.

The information which can be disclosed is as set against your numbered questions as follows:

£78,870 was the amount received from fine income in the 12 month period from Sand Street Car Park prior to the introduction of the ANPR system.
B.
The information that you requested is exempt under Article(s) 33 ‘Commercial interests’ of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 and is, therefore, withheld.
