Response
The Independent Jersey Care Inquiry was a Committee of Inquiry set up under standing orders and was responsible to the whole Assembly, not to an individual Minister or other States Member. Accordingly the Greffier signed off the contract on behalf of the States as a whole. Responses to the individual questions are set out below.
