In a response to Written Question WQ 318/2019 by the Home Affairs Minister, he said:
(b) The total cost of Project Horizon was £268,301. Of this, £157,241 was for external technical (consultancy) support and the remainder comprised recharges for internal Police Officers, and staff who worked on the project and some minor purchases.
Who / what firm provided the external consultancy?
Response
The disclosure of this information would likely prejudice the commercial interests of the consultancy in question, and is therefore exempt under Article 33 (Commercial Interests) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.
