Could I please have a copy of the Project Initiation Document for the Finance Transformation Programme which is part of OneGov?

Response

The Finance Transformation Programme comprises a portfolio of projects that will transform finance in the Government of Jersey.

A project initiation document is not used at programme level. After appointing our Finance Transformation Delivery partner, we worked with them to produce clear documentation of how the programme would be structured to deliver transformation.
