Road Traffic Collisions involving cyclists (FOI)

I would like to request the following:

Of the 240 recorded Road Traffic Collisions (RTCs) involving cyclists in the last five years, how many of these resulted in any action (prosecution, fine, caution, words of advice and so on) being taken against:

A

A driver of any motor vehicle involved in the RTC;

B

Any cyclist(s) involved in the RTC;

C

Any other party or parties involved in the RTC.

Of the 240 recorded RTCs involving cyclists in the last five years, action was taken against 103 road users, as detailed below.
