The cost of producing the video itself was £820. Hire charges for the venues used to deliver the Electoral Reform proposals amounted to £125; as many of the venues (including the Parish Halls) were kindly offered to the Sub-Committee by the Connétables free of charge. Finally, there was expenditure of £330 on the administration of vote.je in connection with the delivery of the proposals.

The cost of engaging 4Insight in carrying out focus groups and undertaking further consultation was £18,910.

There were no additional costs incurred in engaging 4Insight beyond the overall figure stated in response to Part B of this response.

The States Greffe does not separately record the cost of printing individual documents, such as the 4-page handout, as they are considered part of the overall printing service provided by the States Greffe in supporting the work of the States Assembly and its Committees and Panels (including the Privileges and Procedures Sub-Committee).

All officer support was provided as part of the core functions of States Greffe staff and cannot be accounted for separately.
This response has been issued on behalf of the States Greffe. The States Greffe is responsible for the information held by (and on behalf of) both itself and the States Assembly. Neither the States Assembly nor the States Greffe form part of the Government of Jersey and the Government was not involved either in the examination and retrieval of any information required for this response, nor in the drafting of the response itself.
