My question concerns the Health Insurance Fund (HIF):

Could you please tell me what legal parameters have been placed around the use of funds from the HIF?

Could you please tell me the names of the trustees of the HIF, not positions, actual names please?

The legal parameters governing the use of the HIF are provided by the Health Insurance Law. This is in the public domain and may be viewed on the Jersey Legal Information Board web site
Health Insurance (Jersey) Law 1967

No trustees are appointed in respect of the Health Insurance Fund. Part 4, Article 21 of the Health Insurance Law sets out how the fund is managed and designates responsibilities.
