Andium Homes dividends (FOI)

I would like to know what Dividends have been received by the States of Jersey from Andium Homes and the Jersey Homes Trust over the past 3 years?

I would also like to know how those Dividends have been utilised by the States of Jersey thereafter?

The States of Jersey does not receive dividends from Andium Homes or the Jersey Homes Trust.

Andium Homes and the Jersey Homes Trust pay an annual financial return to the States of Jersey as legislated in P.33/2013 (The Reform of Social Housing). The annual amount of these returns is available publicly in the States of Jersey’s Annual Report and Accounts.
