The information requested is, at Jersey Airport, in 2017, 2018 and 2019;

How many police logs were created as a result of a call to the police to the airport (i.e. not including any internal tasking logs)?
B
How many people were arrested in total for each year at the airport?
C
How many of these arrests (in point 2) were relating to offences committed at the airport, for each year?
D
For arrests which occurred at the airport, please provide the reason for arrest broken down for each year.
E
For each arrest relating to an offence which occurred at the airport, please state where within the airport that these arrests occurred (i.e. at gate, in aircraft, in departure lounge, etc.).
Response
Police logs are created when police are called to an incident at the airport. Not all arrests involved a police log being created. Calls to the airport include traffic offences on Airport roads and carparks.
The below table shows the number and reasons for, arrests made at Jersey airport between 2017-19.

Evasion of liability and Excess Goods arrests were made in the arrivals hall. Theft/Fraud, and Misuse of Computers arrests were made before passing through security for departure.
Arrests for those wanted for questioning or failing to appear were made prior to boarding before security or on arrival at the airport. Those arrested on warrant included financial crimes offences and offences against the person.
Drunkenness arrests were as a result of passengers being refused access to their flights then refusing to leave the airport. (three separate occasions)
The three separate assault cases where committed in various locations in Jersey and the individuals arrested at the departure gate as they tried to leave the island.
The Breach of Court order arrest, (Sex offender registration) took place in the departure lounge.
