In a video produced by the Government of Jersey, the COVID-19 contact tracing team are pictured using a Microsoft Dynamics powered CRM solution as part of the track and trace programme.
I would like to request the following information:

Breakdown of license costs for using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution in relation to this project.

Name of supplier(s) providing implementation and project management services to the Government of Jersey in relation to this project.
C
Cost of services and breakdown for each supplier related to the above.
D
Name of supplier(s) providing technical support services to the Government of Jersey in relation to this project.
E
Cost of services and breakdown of costs for each supplier related to the above.
F
Details of any requests for proposals or tender process conducted.

The cost for purchasing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM licences in relation to this project was £3,333.71.

Prosperity 24/7 are providing these services along with the Government of Jersey Modernisation and Digital Team.
Prosperity 24/7 are already contracted to provide both application and technical (infrastructure) support to the Government of Jersey to support Microsoft Dynamics, which is why they were asked to support this critical service.

The Government of Jersey have paid £176,757.67 to Prosperity 24/7 to date (as at 1 June 2020).

The services of Prosperity 24/7 were engaged without a formal tender process being carried out due to the emergency nature of the project obtaining the appropriate financial exemption.
Engagement commenced on Friday 20 March with Environmental Health having an operational system to track and trace by Tuesday 25 March.
