Response
A
4567 individuals called the Health helpline in the period to 31 May 2020. This does not include, for example, people who were seeking advice other than Health advice, so were dealt with through other systems. Some people called on more than one occasion; however we have counted each individual only once.
B
Of the above, 2372 individuals reported Covid-19 symptoms on at least one occasion.
C
Of these, 1744 people had a PCR test within seven days of their call to the Helpline. Again this counts individuals, noting that some may have had more than one test in the time period.
