In relation to previous request.

Thank you for the response. However the accident details on classified serious accidents involving cars and lorries was not listed. You went on to define soley accidents in less serious category involving pedestrians hence not accurately answering the question. Please can this information be supplied as requested.

In relation to previous request.

On what basis has the proposed details of the contribution from granite products been withheld as confidential information? Surely it is a fair matter of public interest the extent to which public money is to be spent on a pathway prior to a commercial planning application that requires a safety action?

This information has been withheld as the details of the Planning Obligation Agreement (POA) are being finalised between both parties and remain confidential at present. Once negotiations have been concluded and the POA passed before the Royal Court, the POA will become a public document.
