Request

My question relates to the 'Our Hospital' project.
Can you please advise how many people are employed in the current 'Our Hospital' project team, either directly or under secondment from an existing SOJ role? (Please provide split)
Can you please tell me the job titles of each of these members of staff?
Can you please advise, if these are temporary roles for this project only, what are the terms of contract of employment should the person prove not to be suitable for the role they have been employed to fulfil?

Response

One member of the Our Hospital project team is employed directly and the remaining seven are on secondment from an existing Government of Jersey role.
The job titles/roles of the project team members are accessible within a recent Freedom of Information response available at the following link:
Our Hospital project group members (FOI)
This question is therefore exempt under Article 23 (Information accessible by other means) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.
The Our Hospital Project will have a point of termination, e.g. once the new hospital is built and operational, and therefore, all roles for this project are fixed term.  All Government of Jersey employees working on the Our Hospital project are employed on standard Government of Jersey contracts and as such are subject to the same standard performance expectations, performance review process and, if necessary, competency procedure as other Government of Jersey employees.
