Has the land upon which sits the Esplanade car park been transferred from the Crown to the Ports of Jersey? If not yet when is this scheduled?

Article 31 and 32 are both qualified exemptions and therefore subject of a public interest test. The information requested is available through the Public Registry any information which is held
by the Public Authority is that of legal advice, maintaining lawyer and client confidentiality is of paramount importance. In this instance it is considered that the justification for disclosure is not in the public interest.
